He was predeceased by: his son Joshua Michael Manly; and his sister Barbara Rowland. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Roth Manly; his daughters, Taylour Lindsay Calcutt (Michael), Charleston and Catherine Matos (Kristy) of Newport News, VA; and his granddaughter Priscilla Leigh Calcutt.
