It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Allen Howard of Goose Creek, South Carolina, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on August 29, 2020, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Kathleen Howard of Goose Creek and Ashlee Noel Howard of Goose Creek; his stepbrother Steve Hall of Summerville; his half-brother James A. Howard, Jr. of Maine; and his grandfather Jesse James Jones. He is also survived by uncles, aunts and cousins; many dear friends.
