He was predeceased by: his parents, James Joseph Rice, Sr. and Mary Rice. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie D Rice; his children, Kevin Rice, Debbie Cummings and Michelle Reed; and his stepchildren, Kenneth Flanders, Heather Shinkle, Christina Akhter and Steven Flanders. He is also survived by brother and sisters; as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
