He was predeceased by: his parents, James Miles Easterling and Lurie Ackerman Easterling; his wife Shirley Mae Galloway Easterling; and his sisters, Louise Taylor, Emma Dale Hyder and Thelma Evans (Billy Chinn).
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Easterling (Carol) of Goose Creek, SC and Timothy Easterling Sr. (Melissa) of Summerville, SC; his sister Tina Elrod of Goose Creek, SC; his grandchildren, Kenneth Easterling Jr. (Keith), Brittany Easterling, Timothy Easterling Jr. and Grace Easterling; and his great grandchildren, Mylie Easterling and Leila Mae Stephenson.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made in Mr. Easterling's honor to the Goose Creek Rural Fire Department at 907 Red Bank Road, Goose Creek, SC 29445.
