He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Sims (Williamson) and Burford Sims. He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Sims Smith of Greer, SC and Brenna Sims Owens (Bradley) of Ridgeland, SC; and his grandchildren, Andrew G Shannon and Brenley R Owens.
