He is survived by: his former wife Ruth; his children, Justin Hawk and Kristina Bradham; his grandchildren, Hunter, Myrah, Jesse-Davis, Madelyn and Mackenzie; his siblings, Cheryl Furman, Alan Hawk and Melinda Hawk; and his mother Ruth Merrill Hawk.

Memorial donations in honor of Bryan can be made out to Cholangiocarcinoma Fund.
