She is survived by: her daughter Stacey Thomas (Charles) of Georgia; her grandchildren, Charles Jr. (CJ) and Skylar Thomas; her siblings, Isaac Nelson (Mabel) of Hamden, CT., Barbara Middleton (Capers) of Goose Creek, SC, Matilda Wilson (Jerome) of Virginia Beach, VA and Beverly Robinson (Dexter) of Moncks Corner, SC; her uncle Abraham Bland of Georgia; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Antrum-Nelson of New Haven, CT.; and her aunts, Ruth Ferguson of Bonneau, SC and Sadie F. Gadsden of St. Stephens, SC. She is also survived by her friends and family.
Due to the COVID-!9 pandemic, the family is not receiving visitors at the residence.
