It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Gadsden Anderson of Goose Creek, South Carolina, who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Reverend Heyward Anderson; her children, Charles Gadsden (Barbara) of Orangeburg, SC, Joseph Gadsden (Debra) of Charleston, SC, Carol James (Jeffery) of Brooklyn, NY, Michael Anderson (Mae) of Goose Creek, SC, Johnny Anderson (Joy) and Lamont Anderson (Sherry) of Brooklyn, NY; and her brothers, John Gadsden of Charleston, SC and Clarence Gadsden (Wanda) of Richmond, VA. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
