He is survived by: his daughters, Shantelle Umukoro, Edrina Lewis, Edonnisha of Washington and Tia Stover; his grandchildren, Grandvera "Tweety" Coleman, Lemar Coleman (Kelsie), Eric of Washington, Randall Cargo, Jr., Burt Rhodan, Jr., Jonia Stover, Kiara Jones, Khia Frazier, Terry Frazier, Kelis Frazier, Yemaya Frazier, Kingston Hadley and Power Edward Frazier; his great grandchildren, Sean June, Randall Cargo, III, Yanai -Hill of Washington, Jania of Washington, King Coley, Lyric Coleman and Liam Coleman; his siblings, Marion "Bad Boy" Matthews (Margie), Brenda L. White, Betty A. Prioleau (Harry), Robert L. Whaley (Hazel), Mark A. Whaley (Clarissa), Lionel S. Whaley (Cassandra) and Ernestine Heyward; his niece Ivy Scott-Champaign (Carl); and his nephew Floyd Scott.
