With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dollie Janet Kasten of Goose Creek, South Carolina, born in Goldsboro, North Carolina, who passed away on April 19, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bender McCoy Blake and Ada Mae Smith Blake; and her daughter Melody Jean Wilson. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Kasten; her children, Sandra McCoy of Summerville, SC, Randy Kasten (Sheri) of Charleston, SC, Alan Kasten of Goose Creek, SC and Dana Kasten (Cindy) of Summerville, SC; her siblings, George Blake (Pat) of Wilmington, NC and Rose Badard (Raymond) of Wilmington, NC; her nephew Barry; and her nieces, Tammy, Georgia and Lisa. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
