She is survived by: her granddaughter Addie; her husband Brian Cook; her son Blake Trucks (Rachael); her grandchildren, Penelope, Eve and Brian; and her stepchildren, Jennifer Mayo, Joe Cook (Sarah) and Adam Cook (Heather).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (869 St James Ave, Goose Creek, SC 29445). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
