He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Smalls; his children, Elder Roy Smalls of Summerville, SC, Elder Ronald Smalls (Cathy) of Miami, FL, Nathaniel Smalls of Goose Creek, SC, Darrell Allen of Columbia, SC, Demetrius Smalls of Goose Creek, SC, Evangelist Geneva Smalls of Goose Creek, SC, Daisy Kyle (Howard) of Goose Creek, SC and Samantha Dallas (Jermaine) of Goose Creek, SC; and his siblings, Rodney Nelson of Columbia, SC, Beatrice Gilliard of Summerville, SC, Diane Smith (Elvis) of Goose Creek, SC, Alice Simmons of Charleston, SC, Melba Isley of Charleston, SC and Mabel Jefferson of Goose Creek, SC. He is also survived by 36 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
