It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel James Mintz Jr. of Goose Creek, South Carolina, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on May 7, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. Mintz Sr. and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Kinard Mintz; and his siblings, Walter Norris Mintz, Roger Mintz, Ethel Connelly, Viola Conrad and Lucille Woods.
He is survived by: his wife Marie "Lisa" Mintz; and his children, Deborah Osburn of Goose Creek, Richard Mintz of Eutawville and Sandra Ettinger (James "Boog") of Eutawville. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
