With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christopher J. Fechter of Goose Creek, South Carolina, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on July 10, 2022 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Baronowski Fechter. He is survived by: his father George Louis Fechter, III; his stepmother Charlotte Cope Fechter of Fairfax; his son Logan Neil Collette of Lexington; his brothers, George L. Fechter, IV of Statesboro, GA, Joe F. Fechter (Sheryl) of Earlville, IL, John M. Fechter of Charleston, WV and David S. Fechter of Goose Creek; and his stepsisters, Shannon Cooper of Fairfax and Wanda Jones of Johns Island.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Dial-Murray Funeral Home, 300 W. Main St., Moncks Corner, SC 29461 (843-761-8027) to assist with funeral expenses.
