He is survived by: his wife Connie Hamlett Taylor; his children, Cecil Glen Taylor, III (Lynn), Sarah Joy Red (Rob), Stephanie Jeanne Taylor and Shaina Joelle Mims (Adam); his grandchildren, Jacob, Clint Gunter and Jessalyn Bazzle (John); his great grandchild Malaya Bazzle; and his siblings, Dorothy Rinderle and Douglas Taylor. He is also survived by his family and friends.
