He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hoover and Teny Watts Hoover. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Watkins (Ashley) of Hanahan, SC, Billy J. Hoover, Jr. (Carol) of Goose Creek, SC, Rita Taylor (Matthew) of Goose Creek, SC and Dan Prosymchak (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Ralph Watkins, Tyler Watkins, Elizabeth Stewart (Michael) and Dylan Hoover; his goddaughter Mykaylah Baughman; his great grandchildren, Ryder, Lily and Jonah; and his brothers, Bob Hoover, Marvin Hoover and Curtis Barger (Terry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
