He was predeceased by: his stepson Tommy Herald. He is survived by: his parents, John W. Lewis and Gladys Ada Lewis; his daughters, Sandra Holt of Goose Creek and Brenda Hardin of Moncks Corner; his stepson Marvin Herald of Ft; his grandchildren, Christina Russell, Dylan Denapoli, Derek Hardin, Timmy Hardin, Scotty Hardin, Taylor Hardin, Amy Herald and Alexis Herald; and his great grandchildren, Connor Reyes, Lily Hardin, Chloe Hardin, Hunter Hardin, Aubrey Hardin and Timmy Hardin.
