DeChant, Jr. and Kelly DeChant Radcliff (Johnny); her grandchildren, Corey DeChant (Kailah), Lindsey Coleman, Morgan Ackerman (Jeffrey), Zachary Radcliff and Michael Radcliff; and her great grandchildren, Jack DeChant, Olivia Coleman and Kingston Radcliff.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital and/or the Shriners Hospital.
