She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Greene and William Lindsey. She is survived by: her husband David J. DeChant, Sr.; her children, David J. DeChant, Jr. and Kelly DeChant Radcliff (Johnny); her grandchildren, Corey DeChant (Kailah), Lindsey Coleman, Morgan Ackerman (Jeffrey), Zachary Radcliff and Michael Radcliff; and her great grandchildren, Jack DeChant, Olivia Coleman and Kingston Radcliff.
Viewing was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McAlister-Smith Funeral & Cremation (869 St James Ave, Goose Creek, SC 29445). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James United Methodist Church (512 St James Ave, Goose Creek, SC 29445).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital and/or the Shriners Hospital.
