We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Betty Jo Burgsteiner (Goose Creek, South Carolina), born in Savannah, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward H. Burgsteiner (Sonny); and her parents, Millard Levi Lynn and Lily Maude Riner Lynn. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Burgsteiner (Sandy) of Rivers Falls, Wisconsin, David Burgsteiner of Goose Creek and Tim Burgsteiner (Nina) of Goose Creek; her sister-in-law Ruby Boxxe of Pooler, Georgia; her grandchildren, Kelli (late Trey), Travis (Sarah), Dustin (Bess) and Kristen (Christopher); and her great grandchildren, Nick, Cameron, Nila, Cole, Josh and Jayce. She is also survived by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the caregivers (Stevie, Karen, Beth, and Laura) along with the nurses and staff at Heartland Hospice of Charleston for their outstanding care and compassion as she battled Alzheimer's.
