She was predeceased by: her mother Bertha Lee Middleton. She is survived by: her children, Edward Middleton, Evangelist Mary McCullough (Minister Kelvin), Frank Cohen and Antoinette Middleton; and her sister Lady Beverly Brown (Pastor Leon). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
