It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barnie C. Outen Jr. of Goose Creek, South Carolina, born in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, who passed away on September 2, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Barnie C. "Red" Outen, Sr. and Eva Kinard Outen; his children, Linda and Adam Outen; his siblings, David Wayne Outen, John Leroy Outen, Sr., Eunice Barton and Kitty Jean Bell; and his siblings-in-law, Alice Outen, Raymond Barton, Tom Bell and Melvin Mathis, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Frances "Fran" Outen; his children, Lacey Kriz (Ray) of Harleyville, Sherry Dupree of Goose Creek, Josh Outen of Summerville, Justin Outen of Summerville, Barnie Outen, III of Summerville, Rick Bruce of Goose Creek and David Bryant of Goose Creek; his sisters, Linda F. Cain (Bob) of Harmony, NC, Nancy Mathis of Summerville and Connie Mathis of Summerville; his grandchildren, Eric, Jayden, Noah, Nolan, Elizabeth, Bobby, Debby, Chris, Zack and Ryan; and his great grandchild Alana.
