He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Niccoya Deassure; his children, XiaMere Avanti Moody and Avant RaDevar Spann, Jr.; his parents, Idella Marcquetta Oliver (Vernon) and Rodney Moore (Vanessa); his siblings, Rodney Spann, Siqvan Spann, Jasmine Robinson, Travis Robinson, Trell Robinson, Navarro Bates and Quiotias Spann-Cox; and his friend Tia Gavins. He was also cherished by 10 aunts, 10 uncles.
