He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leopard and Sebelle Sizemore Leopard; his children, Kenny Edward Leopard and Lisa Tucker; and his siblings, Robert Leopard, Jerry Leopard and Erlene Hamlett.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Toole Leopard; his children, Harold Timothy Leopard (Tammy), Louise Inabinet, Kimberly Key and Janet McIntosh; and his siblings, Frank Leopard and Jenny Hughes. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
