It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Mae Petty of Glendale, South Carolina, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Jones Medlock and Mollie Rhodes Medlock; her husband Lewis J. "Jim" Petty, Jr.; her former husband Raymond Auton; and her son Keith Auton.
She is survived by: her children, John Auton (Shelly), Bill Auton and Diane Smith; and her sister LaVerne Logan. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
