He is survived by: his brother Charlie Birchmore (Shirley); his stepson Chad Bialik; his nieces and nephews, Wendy Hartley, Cassie Taylor (Frankie), Melissa Stone, Greg Hartley (Jennifer), Shannon Birchmore (Angela), Dale Birchmore (Jacqueline), Andy Birchmore (Sharon) and Zack Birchmore (Brianna); and his sister-in-law Melissa Birchmore.
