He is survived by: his wife Dianne S. Tobias; his brother Albert; his sister-in-law Jeanie Tobias; his children, Wendy, Rob Dill and Travis Guess; and his grandchildren, Della Rose Dill, Luke Dill, Jude Dill, Mark, Levi Dill and Alex Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
