It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Daniel Findley of Gilbert, South Carolina, born in Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on September 3, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his uncle Arthur Houghton of Pensacola, Florida.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fairbank Findley of Gilbert; his daughters, Beth Montgomery (Michael) of Columbia and Kathryn Beckenhauer (Ted) of Mt. Pleasant; his grandchildren, Mary Hall Montgomery, Cora Montgomery, Anne Beckenhauer and John Beckenhauer; and his brothers, Rusty Findley (Donna) of Aiken, Michael "Mike" Findley (Molly) of Jackson and Clay Findley (Ruth) of Crested Butte, Colorado..
