He was predeceased by: his parents, Olympia Preston Elkins II and Mary Louise Kelly; and his wife Roberta H. Elkins. He is survived by: his son Olympia Preston Elkins, IV; his granddaughters, Keeli and Kaali Elkins; and his siblings, Harry Elkins and Tammie Ray.
