She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fallaw and Bessie Wells Fallaw; her husband Mendal Price; her daughter Greta E. Price; her son-in-law Barrett Taylor; and her siblings, Byron Fallaw and Phyllis F. Hartley.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda P. Taylor and Woody Price (Donna); her sister Belinda F. Carson (Jimmy); her brother-in-law Henry Hartley; and her grandsons, Thompson Taylor and Maddux Taylor.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 246 St. Paul's Church Road, Gilbert, SC 29054.
