He is survived by: his wife Karen Scanlon Perkins; his daughters, Amber Newman (Darrell), Amanda Krys (James), MIchelle McCreary (Cody) and Mallory Thiergart (Justin); his grandchildren, Logan Oliver, Kaylee Krys, Lucas Krys, Easton McCreary, Cullen McCreary, Anna Grace Newman, Bentley Jackson, Whitley Thiergart, Asher Newman and Kalaney Jackson; and his siblings, Sharon Parr (Phil), Carol Long (Bill) and Larry Perkins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
