He was predeceased by: his parents, Willian Benny Waldron and Mary Eugene Woodbury Waldron; his wife Shirley A. Waldron; and his siblings, Ethel Dozier, Mary Jho Floyd and Marion Benny Waldron.

He is survived by: his children, William Benny Waldron (Pam), Deborah DeHihns (Gibbes) and Sharon N. Rawl (Russell); his grandchildren, Tonya Hallman (Gary), Melissa A. YuHas (Matt), Joshua DeHihns and Amanda M. Waldron; and his great grandchildren, Peyton, Everly Ann and Walter James.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Rehoboth United Methodist Church, 6911 Two Notch Road, Columbia, SC 29223 .
