Amick (Tonya); her grandchildren, Josh Amick (Mandy), Jessica Amick Smith (Scotty), Jonathan Amick (Taylor) and Jolene Alexander; and her great grandchildren, Treyton, Jaden, Madison, Jamie, Jonathan Jr., Aubrey, Taylor, Haley and J. R..
