She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Pickens and Lillie Mae Hallman Keisler; her husband James L. "Joe" Price; and her siblings, F. D. "Buck" Keisler, Edna Quattlebaum, Lou Ellen Derrick and Doris Bedenbaugh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
