It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol H Bodie (Gilbert, South Carolina), born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on October 26, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James C Harrison and Willie Mae West Harrison of Columbia; her brother James C Harrison, Jr.; and her stepson Marshall Bodie. She is survived by: her husband Wayne E. Bodie; her children, Melissa Derrenbacher and William "Billy" Derrenbacher (Angie); her grandchildren, Daisy Sheldon (Caleb), Micaiah Burkett, Anna Burkett, Maddie Derrenbacher and Alexis Burkett; her great grandchild Ezra Frohnappel; her sisters, Elaine Harrison Gamble and Patricia Harrison Campbell (Ray); and her sister-in-law Shirley Jackson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
