He was predeceased by : his parents, Reverend William Maner and Ogretta Brown Brooks. He is survived by : his children, Lorenzo L. Brooks, William Brooks (Brandy), Felicia T. Brooks and Cassie Brown (Dantwan); and his sisters, Mary F. Miller, Juanita Palmer (E. B.) and Shirley Johnson (John). He is also survived by 16 grand- children; 4 great-grandchildren.
