With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cambridge Trott Stone Sr. of Gifford, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 17, 2024 at the age of 94. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Asbury Stone and Leila DeLoach Stone of Gifford, SC.; his wife Fannie Louise Brown; and his grandson William Thomas Stone (Billy). He is survived by: his children, Cambridge Trott Stone, Jr. of Ravenel, SC, Larry Quintin Stone of Charleston, SC, Rodney Keith Stone (Donna) of Gilbert, SC and Thea Coleman Jackman (Greg) of Simpsonville, SC.; his grandchildren, Cambridge Trott "Trey" Stone, III (Chelsea), Perry Elizabeth Tutterow (Josh), Ashley Lauren Stone, Ransome Alexander Coleman, Jr. (Anna), Angela Michelle Strong and Amelia Ann Coleman; and his great grandchildren, Sofia Renae Stone, Julian Nelson, Thea Mae Tutterow, William Thomas Jones, Jack Stone, Baird Phillips Coleman, Emma Marie and Leila Kate Strong.
