He is survived by: his children, Amy H. Player (Charles "Chuck") and Tony Howard (Angel); his grandchildren, Maran Christine Player, Macey Callies Player, Elliana Noel Howard and Jonathan Avery Howard; and his siblings, Olin Howard (Elaine), Sidney Howard (Delores), Leona Scott, Alberta Gainey (John) and Viola Knight (Eddy).
