He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Montgomery Owens; and his children, Thomas Pinckney Owens, Jr. (Kelly) of Dallas, Texas, Denee O. Rogers (Allen) of Georgetown, Beth O. Sawyer (Mac) of Chapin and Janet O. Williams (Pete) of Pawleys Island. He is also survived by grandchildren; and thirteen cherished great grandchildren.
