He is survived by: his children, Ricky A. Lewis (Pam) of Watertown, PA and Deborah L. Johnson (Eddie) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Kirk Lewis (Micaela) of Johnsonville, Jonathan Johnson (Ashley) of Georgetown and April M. Gutierrez (Kyle) of Georgetown; his great grandchildren, Dionte Lewis, Ethan Lewis, Aaliyah Lewis, Austin Jordan, Olivia Johnson and Amberlynn Gutierrez; his siblings, Richard Lewis and Joyce Grice; and his close friend Allene Coats.
