She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Desormeaux and Katherine Kowalski; her husband James D. Roberts, Sr.; and her siblings, Lois Skalmowski, Annabelle Bentley, Darlene Sasseville, Albertine Savoie, Joanne Fleury, Edward and Richard Desormeaux.

She is survived by: her children, Debra Roberts Baker (Gene) of Georgetown, SC, James D. "Jimmy" Roberts, Jr. of Georgetown, SC and Walter Roberts (Cheryl McCoy) of Dallas, TX.; her grandchildren, Michael Baker, Sr. (Ashley), Jennifer Cohen, Trace Baker and Elizabeth Baker; and her great grandchildren, Zoey Baker, Penny Rose Baker and Michael Baker, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
