He is survived by: his wife Linda Bullock Collins; his children, Scottie Collins (Tabbatha) of Georgetown and Tracy Collins of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Logan Collins, Trinity Collins and Reece Moore; and his siblings, Roger Collins (Nancy) of Georgetown, Garrett Collins (Angela) of Georgetown and Kay Collins of Georgetown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
