She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn Arch Chapman and Anna Ruth Love Chapman; her son Elias "Eli" Garett Whalen; and her brother Donald Chapman. She is survived by: her children, Vanessa Mason (Derek) and Matthew "Matt" Whalen (Nicole); her grandchildren, Owen Mason, Grae Mason, Jasper Whalen and Margot Whalen; and her brothers, Randy Chapman (Leslie) and David Chapman (Linda).
