Cook; his son Chris Cook (Dillon) of Georgetown, SC; and his siblings, Jimmy Cook, Rodney "Nelson" Cook, Wanda Teeter of Andrews, SC and Donna Richardson (Rob) of Georgetown, SC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
