He is survived by: his mother Betty Cumbee of Georgetown, SC; and his siblings, Mary Riley (Herbert) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Patricia White (Norman) of Boston, MA, Margaret Cumbee of Georgetown, SC, Ellerbe Cumbee (Michelle) of Georgetown, SC, Dennis Cumbee of Georgetown, SC, Dexter Cumbee of Hardeeville, SC and Wordell Cumbee of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
