She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kennedy Francis and Doris Mattson Francis; her husband William Allen Sinclair; and her sister Linda Player. She is survived by: her daughter Suzanne S. Burbage (Bruce) of Charleston, SC; her grandson Andrew Burbage of Charleston; and her stepgrandson Bryan Burbage. She is also survived by her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to Prince George Winyah Preschool, 300 Broad Street, Georgetown, SC 29440 and Tidelands Community Hospice, 2591 N. Fraser St. Georgetown, SC 29440.
