He is survived by: his spouse Biddy Anne Keeney Whitlock; his children, Chris Whitlock (Dana) of Pawleys Island, David Whitlock (Christy) of Pawleys Island and Nancy Murrell (Chris) of Pawleys Island; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Mullen (Will) of Johns Island, John Daniel Whitlock of Charleston, Wesley Whitlock of Charleston, Caroline Whitlock of Asheville and Cooper Anne Whitlock of Charleston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
