It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Young of Georgetown, South Carolina, who passed away on May 7, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Young and Almeta Lee Young; and his siblings, Norris Copeland, Jr. and Barbara Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Lottie Young; his children, Senovia Doyle (Chris) of Charleston, SC, Benny Young (Felecia) of Salisbury, NC and Melissa Rivers (Noland) of Salisbury, NC; his sister Katie Bell Charles of Darlington, SC; his grandchildren, Rashad, Amber, Olivia, Imani, Kayla, Benjamin and Theodore; his great grandchildren, Atiya and Aniya; and his niece Deborah Fleury of Florida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
