He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy E. Jowers, Sr. and Elaine DuRant Jowers. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Morris Jowers; his sons, Jimmy Edward "Jamie" Jowers III and Chandler Weldon Jowers; his siblings, Trini Durant Jowers, Cyphy Jowers Elliott (Woody) and Daphne Jowers Owens (Avery); his grandchildren, Carson Harold Jowers, Bentley Jameson Jowers and Brylen Meade Jowers; his nephews, Nathan Edward Howell (Kassidy), Tristen Avery Owens (Kinsey) and Dawson Lain Owens; his niece Sydney Emerson Elliott; and his cousin Darrel Tanner.
