Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jesse Norman Baxley (Georgetown, South Carolina), who passed away at the age of 81, on January 20, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse "JP" Parsons Baxley and Margaret Catherine "Kitty" Gordon Baxley; his wife Mary Jean; and his son Jesse Norman Baxley, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Burton "Burt" James Baxley; and his siblings, Col. Homer Baxley (Ella), Larry Baxley (Vickie), Tony Baxley (Malene), Gordon Baxley (Gigi) and Jeanette Mattison (Steve). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
