He is survived by: his parents, Tammy M. Riggs and Jonathan S. Riggs; his close friend Jennifer Lynn Riggs; his children, Justin William McCandless, Taryn Paige McCandless, Savannah Nicole Riggs and Charlie Zoblisien; and his brother Dalton Riggs.
